BEWARE! This company is a joke. Booked & paid for a vehicle, paid extra for a Sunday pick up. No one there, took the money though. Went in on the Monday, still no car! No sympathy, just we will refund you. Not bothered you’re going to miss important appointments. Just such a cold reaction to our plight. I WILL NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. I’d try elsewhere before these, don’t risk what happened to us happening to you.
The customer service aspect was highly positive, the collection/drop-off site is a little hectic though. Europcar would benefit from an overspill parking area as there were some queues out onto the street during the return phase. The van hired was sturdy, capable and matched the online booking option; the interior was not so great, it needed a light valet. The 5 stars given was upheld/supported by the formidable customer relation aspect.
I have used this office twice for car rental the past month. Polite staff, fast service. No messing around and very easy process. I will definitely use them again next time I am looking for car rental.
Excellent all round service from the pick up to drop off, friendly and helpful staff, great location only being a 5 minute walk from Nottingham train station. Booked and offered a small SUV, I asked about an automatic and for only 10 GBP per day was offered a Nissan Qashqai which was very well equipped and nice to drive. I'd highly recommend Europcar and this location.
I used to use Enterprise but they tripled their prices during lockdown and when a company does that I vote with my feet and I'm glad I did because I've had a far superior service from Europcar at a fraction of the price and the staff at the front desk are very patient and friendly and I have watched them deal with some truly horrible members of the public without ever losing their professionalism and smile - something I don't think I'd be able to do in their position. Good value, great cars and good service.

Consistently great service at Europcar Nottingham. Darren is always helpful answering any questions about the cars. Andrea on reception is great to deal with - helpful, friendly and efficient.
Long wait Approx. 30 min for Pick up and drop off keys. Hired a van for a day and drove for 21 miles. Refilled the fuel as well and showed the bill for the same. The next day, received a bill for Fuel charge for £35.
Picking up a vehicle was smooth and easy process. Returning the vehicle also was a smooth process. Diana did handover with me picking up the vehicle and she was the one who did the returning process. Just want to say thank you Diana for making the experience a much pleasant one. You truly went above and beyond & a great smile goes a long way
