My drop-off experience : nobody at the Europcar booth and no sign at all on the road to show the car park direction. The lady at the Hertz booth was kind enough to call the Europcar branch for me to get information on where to park my car... 15 minutes of terrible music later, they answered they don’t have the information. Finally someone from Europcar Dartford picked-up and told me to go to the premier parking. Fortunately I was early for my train! I just lost 30+ minutes ! Not a good experience today...

Horrible service. None of the agencies in London will answer their phones. Have spent more than two hours on hold.
