Used to like this place but things seem to have changed. Went to a birthday soft play party today when a little girl twisted her ankle when stepping between the two floor mats, one higher than the other. It was the same place I almost twisted my ankle ten minutes ago. Both myself and the girl were on bare feet. The party host/staff quickly came to check on the girl and provided first aid support in a very friendly manner. But when I raised to him that the drop between the two mats were concerning, he was very rude and dismissed me straight away, saying the mats have been there for years and are very expensive to replace. He also said that's why people need to be off socks despite me making clear to him we didn't wear any socks when on mat. Leaving the health and safety point aside, I found the attitude towards me as a customer unacceptable. There was no interest in listening to the customer or any respect. I was considering having my daughter's next birthday party here but this option is now completely off the table given what happened today.
Took 6 year old granddaughter for a morning free play session in gym - she loved it - lots to do and challenges to beat. A great local facility- thank you.
My daughter had her 7th birthday party here at the weekend. The venue was an excellent gymnastics setup where the kids went wild for an hour. We went upstairs for food provided by the centre and done and dusted about an hour later. The staff were extremely friendly, organised and made us feel very welcome. There is ample parking underneath the centre and generally an excellent venue for birthday parties
Went here last week and would recommend it .My girls4 and 7love it so much and want to come again.
It’s a great place for a kids party. We’ve been before loads to their gym zone sessions and we decided to book a party and I must say all the staff there are great.
Rather boring after 20 mins . Plus some9ne threw up! Prefer the soft play to be fair
Fantastic place for competitions. I have had one of my best memories there. Thank you.
Really like this place. Gymnastics wise they cater for all ages. Plus dance and other classes etc. There is a restaurant on site. Staff are nice and helpful. Car parking can get a tad ramo at times.
Good Gym Wish it has a squat rack tho Staff are lovely
Brilliant facilities, well kept. I attend pole fitness there as one of the many activities that seem to be going on. Staff there are friendly and courteous.
