DO NOT USE THIS STORE Visited to buy a adapter for my mobile, got home to find it didn’t work on my fone, returned next day, to be told no receipt which i wasn’t given no refund. As I’m deaf this is hard for me to explain to hearing people what problem is, the guy in shop just waved his hands at me, with a leave gesture, I called my partner she spoke to them on face time, he told her that as I open box no refund, but how am I supposed to see if it works without opening, when she stated consumer right he became belligerent told her to call who she wanted he didn’t care, said we to leave accessories there n he would have it tested, n technician in Monday, Wednesday, n Friday, to which wife said well we come tomorrow, he back track “oh he might not be here” They a bunch of rip offs All smiles wen u buying A**shores wen there’s a problem Trading standards to be contacted

Don’t go to this store unless you want to be scammed!!! I wanted to repair my iPhone in this phone repair store. The man promised me that he can definitely fix the problem of the phone and initially charge me 45 pounds. I asked him whether can I get full funded if he can’t fix the problem and he answered yes. However, finally he found that he was not able to fix my phone but he said he still need to charge 15 for the phone diagnosis fee. I did confirm many times with him if there would be any other extra fees if he cannot fix the phone, he lied to me and said no. However, he still refused to refund me full refund of 45 pounds at the end. He was also ridiculously so rude. After that, I went to another phone repair store, they opened my phone and found that a screw inside was lost, which could only be taken by the scammer!

Brought my Google Pixel 7 Pro to have my screen repaired and they did a bang up job, great service and very helpful with the aftercare. Thank you guys. Really appreciate it

Went for a screen replacement but got the wrong screen fitted which doesn't work properly. After they explained there was no 'original' from the supplier they said the most they could compensate was £30. Seems like they didn't know/care about my phone much in the first place. Now I've lost £60 and I'm stuck with a phone that isn't usable. Won't be coming again.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!! I brought my phone in to get the display changed after water damage. The guy told me that it was not 100% guaranteed. I went to pick up my phone today, which could not be fixed and I noticed that the switch on button was not there anymore. When I mentioned this to the guy fixing phones I was met with extreme rudeness. He repeated a few times that the phone never had a switch in the first place "trust me". I've never received such bad service. This shop is a huge scam. Stay away from it if you want your phone returned in one piece. He tried to blame me for loosing a vital part of my phone.
