The exchange rate is better than others out there when making an online order, which I did and then sent my request for a certain number of notes as per a store colleagues advise in the Liverpool Branch. My request was not fulfilled and the travel money received was in denominations too high for tipping or purchasing souvenirs on an upcoming trip. Based on my experience, I would not consider Eurochange again unfortunately and would look elsewhere that could meet my requirements.
Very professional service, quick and easy, would definitely use the online service again as you get a better exchange rate.

Ordered the dollars for my son online and it was really user-friendly, giving you the best rate around! The money was ready about 15 minutes after I ordered it but I didn't pick it up until a little later on. When picking it up, it was hassle-free and it was nice that the receipt had "Enjoy" on it!!! Brilliant customer service all round.

Excellent efficient friendly service
I bought Euros from them and only realised when I got home that they had charged me £4 more for their currency buy back guarantee. I never asked for this and no one mentioned to me that they had applied this charge to my total.This is a totally underhanded and dishonest way of doing business. How many other people get taken in by this I wonder.As a result I feel that they are not trust worthy and I would not do business with this company again.Plenty if other places to get currency from.
