First time with euro change. Excellent service from start to finish from the great exchange rate to picking my euros up within 2hours of order. Jane at the counter who issued my order was really cheerful and helpful.
Great exchange rate in ordering online and collecting in store, this was also available the same day as we placed our order. Received confirmation email for the order then a second mail and text to confirm our money was ready for collection. Amanda in the Birkenhead branch was really helpful too which made this a five star rating.

Sarah and Anastasia are two of the most friendly and professional people I have ever had the pleasure of buying currency from I have never had such i good experience buying money before. Thank you two for all your hard work. Service is excellent and the two young ladies in that shop deserves to have their efforts recognised.
In the past they have honoured the higher exchange rate if you paid cash above a certain amount. This time the attendant point blank refused and was very dismissive about the fact. I'm not going to be penalised for using actual money, and i'm not jumping through hoops to satisfy their want for a cash free society. Avoid!
