Two people on reception. I walk in the one on the phone is obviously busy, the second one doesn’t even acknowledge that I’m standing there. After 8 mins standing at the desk waiting to be spoken to I become tired give up and sit down , thinking to myself when they are able to they will deal with me. No such luck! The one who was on the phone when I entered, hangs up her first call then takes another call, as if I’m not sat in the waiting area waiting to be seen to! Ten minutes later, I approach the second one staff member on reception and ask...do I have to book myself in? Then and only then was I acknowledged! Reception area is monitored by rude and uninviting staff. Please note if you're not there to meet and greet the paying clients sit somewhere else, otherwise we can only assume you’re choosing not to assist us for other obvious reasons!

Got clear braces through Groupon with Euro Dental Care. The team was so helpful and lovely throughout my treatment, and I'm so happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Wow where do I start? Dr Aggarwell is the best dentist ever I actually have no words. He has given me so much confidence it's unreal. I opted for the 6 months smile and I don't regret anything at all. It took me longer than 6 months just because of how my teeth were, however I'm so happy with the end result. Dr Aggarwell and the team are so friendly from day one I never ever felt uncomfortable, they were all lovely and he has made my life sorting my teeth out. Excellent excellent excellent service thank you so much Euro Dental Care. Deffinately my go to dentist now.

Well .. not good this time. Booked an appointment as Private patient for a checkup and clean. Staff were friendly & excellent, however, the treatment for cleanup was really painful this time.. The dentist accidentally cut my lower lip without even noticing :( £68 for a private check up and clean up.. and a cut is quite a painful experience imo.
