The worst place ever! I tried 3 different types of wipers and i went home with my old wipers. There was 5 people waiting to be served. And the staff wasn’t even tried to get things fixed fast as possible. I spent 30-40 minutes waiting for my wipers and nothing happened. Imagine if you have to buy something for you engine…I will never visit this store ever again. Even i will not buy anything from euro car parts.
Good store, helpful staff. Minus one star because the website never recognises my vehicle... But if I call in or chat online, they can tell me the right part!
Absolutely Shocking! Ordered Oil and Filter for my car From Halfords they apparently don't have there own stock anymore and just inder in from Euro Car Parts - ECP in advance to ensure it was ready to pick up. Even after receiving an email saying it was ready to pick up, it wasn't. Told to it would be here in a bit, I hung around the store for 40 mins, gave up and returned an hour later. I return to find yet again that the order isn't here, they ring EuroCP and are told they will ship it in the next hour. I returned yet again, to find that the item has not turned up with everything else. The poor cashier rings EuroCP again and they say that there was a mistake, it will be there in an hour. I return an hour later and I am told after lunch. I returned and still nothing the cashier rings again and says they are fast tracking it over. I return an hour later and nothing, the cashier rings yet again and the only choice I have is to wait. I ask to speak to a manager and she calls a number of people and eventually the manager refuses to come down and talks to her over the headset, offering her and me no support i will be dealing with Halfords separately. I eventually give up and drive to the Warehouse myself and pick up the filter.. When I get there - the man behind the desk is not appologetic and just complains how the warehouse staff and delivery staff are not pulling their weight and he has beein dealing with upset costomers and their complaints all day All in I drive back and forwards so many times I wasted over 6 hours and about 35 miles. The store EuroCP Centre is an utter joke, there is no leadership there and no organisation at all. I will not be using this Centre or the Winnersh Halfords again and I will be escalating this to head office and seeking reimbursement for my wasted time and fuel.
Reserved item online, drove a hour for it as only place around to get it. Don’t even have it available nor did they phone to say this.

Counter staff great but one of the van drivers was a complete tosser, parked in front of parked cars, all customers cars and wouldn't move until he had loaded his van, despite at least 3 people asking him politely to move, he refused and then started swearing at them.
It was an okay experience. I arrived first thing but the there was no one at the desk. I called and someone came out after a few minutes. The guy was polite enough. The price was right for the battery. It was £40 cheaper than Motor Direct. Worked out about £8 more than Tayna but I needed it like yesterday. I ordered by click and collect and it was ready within minutes. One thing of note from the guy who served me. The warranty lives on the invoice so don’t lose it. Marked down two stars due to lack of parking. Their vans everywhere. Entrance is poor. Left to stairs. Strong smell of paint as they are refurbishing. Might come back in future. First visit was okay. Battery mislabelled too. Lucky I had my tape measure with me.
Fast and friendly service. Staff are very knowledgeable and always seem happy to give general advice or put you in touch with someone who can give you more specific advice. Very leaniant returns policy means there's never any hassle if you've accidentally purchased the wrong part or need to swap it for something more specific. Very quick click and collect as well as delivery is really helpful.
I have been to euro car parts a lot I prefer Wokingham to maidenhead. However despite there being two tills and a queue there never seems to be a second person in the back office willing to come out and help which is a shame
Always good, friendly service. Sometimes the queue gets quite long and they could do with a second person at the tills. Other than that it's great
