Very nice place for your car spares and accessories. Good place to order Car parts at very reasonable rates. They do free delivery also
Very clean and efficient. Since they moved to the new location seems to be more space. They now have tablets in store for you to search parts for. The staff are friendly and some know what they are talking about when it comes to car parts. Key thing is that they are really helpful even when you're not sure what it is that you want. Free parking. Click and Collect. Waiting time around 10 mins.
Brace yourselves for 15-20 mins waits for Online Orders pickup during the weekend. Went on a Sunday to collect, but more importantly, I wanted to ask for some advise to choose an extra part: impossible! Queue was massive. Also, expect problems with parking at rush hours... their parking lot gets full quickly.
Okay place to buy, however, staff can be rude and unhelpful. If you know EXACTLY what you want then buy from them because 1. Staff are unhelpful and 2. They don't know the parts. They'll direct you to the website. Do shop around for the parts as there other places where the same item can be cheaper.
Gr8 service, fast tills, amazing free hot chocolate while waiting, once the order is placed you may have to wait for a while, would suggest ordering online :
This company used to be good value many years ago but now they are expensive for most things. Also their website is rubbish. For most items you are just guessing if the part is correct for your car, because the fitment details given for most items is inadequate. Also their search function is useless. most items don't show up. You have to search using google with eurocarparts in the search field and then you might find what you are looking for. Waiting times in store are far too long. Even if you pay in advance on the website you still have to queue up twice at the store to collect your items. This company is a total disaster. Avoid avoid avoid !
Lately, car parts have been poorly selected after submitting the car registration..and sometimes very poor delivery, so the employees and owners of the service center suffer as a result. poor system. at work you need to work and not push for time, and if you can't make room for professionals.
I can only repeat the many reviews before, looking at the speed at orders are served, the crew probably could get a heart transplantation while working, also buying just one thing in store when you collect a pre-order is enough to confuse everyone in the store and apparently also in the background. We showed up for a water pump and a timing belt, paid online before. And i made a mistake, i bought some engine coolant fluid and paid at the cashier when they asked for the order number. They told us that a couple minutes and we get the pre-ordered stuff. About 50 minutes later for maybe the fifth trying we managed to ask the seller how long we have to wait for the remaining stuff. The answer was the already gave us everything, referring to an invoice with the name, payment card and invoice address that has nothing to do with me, even for an entirely different car. I would just say that it happens, but at this point their behaviour started to be seriously unacceptable. We told them that we didn't get anything yet other than the coolant fluid and a gasket sealing, which I paid in store already. Without any checking the answer was "don't try to play this game here". For the entire time nobody called the customer for a water pump or anything similar. I wish I had a body camera... After some arguing they realised that they give me a wrong invoice attached to the invoice for the in shop bought stuff, their full stock of water pumps was untouched in the warehouse, oops glitch in the matrix. For the credit of the rudest guy, he apologized and it would be great in a pub on Saturday night too, but in a serious business that is just not enough. I also work with every kind of customer, and did it all my life, and sorry, Euro car parts, the customer can have a bad day, you cannot. I am terribly disappointed and will avoid the whole network of Euro car parts in the future.
What a bunch of rude guys working there. I went today to pick up an order and the queue was up to the front door. The lines were not respected and the guys from the till was fighting loudly in a different language. When I tried to go to the collection line, because was no one at that queue been told, in.a really rude manner by the guy shown in pic that I still need to wait at the queue without explanation. First and last time when I'll go there.
Brilliant great parts at trade prices that are mainly in stock. Love it
