Went here for a spark plug and none were available, so I asked for the part number went a couple of different places and finally found one, went to a garage to get it sorted just to find out the lady in Euro car parts had given me the wrong part number even tho she had my registration. So not only did I waste fuel looking for the wrong part I ended up being late collecting my child from school. So something that was ment to be a ten min job ended up taking an hour due to having to get someone to go get me another spark plug. Ppl here are nice but please double check your parts are right so you are not messed around like I am lol I'm laughing but slightly annoyed lol
Always got what I want if they haven't thay order it and get within a few hours good service and Always polite 100%
Great place for all your car bits at great prices.Especially when they have their little sales on.You can save a fortune on all the bits needed for a service including your pads.Handy too as it's right in the heart of St Helens.
Always happy to use this branch as I find the staff there more knowledgeable and willing to help. I usually ask to deal with Courtney as I never go wrong when dealing with her. She has great customer service and wide range of knowledge.
Every single part for my car, I'm buying here. At the start I was trying to compare prices. But after hours of search they are 80 % of time cheapest and most of parts you might need they have in 24 hours.
Went in today for a few bits and was made up cos Courtney behind the counter managed to save me to loads of money by applying a online discount which meant me spending more, I only went in for a bulb and came out with tonnes more. Deffo use again
Watch out when ordering online, they add £1.99 "Collection Fee"
Great prices, friendly service and if they haven't got what you want in stock, they'll get it in for you quickly. Highly recommended. Good covid measures as well.
Absolutely excellent customer service , easy fast , and the staff are great, even to a noob , brilliant experience will use again.
They have more sales than DFS so always check for a code. Good service but prices seem to have increased more than you would expect.
