From the moment I walked in, his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help stood out.nnI was purchasing a wheel bolt and nearly purchased the wrong one, Dean swiftly identified that and got me the correct part. I also mentioned in passing that I needed to fit it straight onto my car. Dean, noticing it was a quiet moment, went above and beyond by offering me the use of his torque wrench to ensure the job was done right and safely.nnHe absolutely didn't have to help me, but he chose to go that extra mile. It's rare to find such genuine customer service these days, and Dean’s assistance turned what could have been a simple transaction into an exceptional experience.nnThank you, Dean, for your kindness and for setting a shining example of what great customer service should be.

Joke of a place. Phoned to enquire about a part they gave me the price, phoned 5 mins later to reserve the part, and the price had gone up by nearly £50! Reserved it anyways, and drove the 20 miles to collect it. Got there and the part isn't even in stock! Useless staff
The best of an excellent bunch.nI like Euro car parts as they offer good value for money. I've always used the Team Valley branch as the desk staff were on top of their game.nThen the best member of staff moved to the Newburn industrial estate branch that's even closer to me.nBuying car parts has never been easier.
Wasn't the biggest order they ever had but the process of buying online, collecting from depot very good.
