The best of an excellent bunch.nI like Euro car parts as they offer good value for money. I've always used the Team Valley branch as the desk staff were on top of their game.nThen the best member of staff moved to the Newburn industrial estate branch that's even closer to me.nBuying car parts has never been easier.
Excellent customer service. Helpful, swift and professional in equal measure. Been several times before. They close at 5.30pm, I arrived at 17.40 today by mistake. Damn the mental traffic and damn my lack of checking the opening times. Live & learn
Great place,very knowledgeable staff.nI'd ordered the parts online , but they weren't in stock. But I was offered alternative makes and assured they would be ok for my sons car.nThe guy on the trade Counter was great and explained everything to me.nFor someone who knows very little about cars and far parts having a really helpful member of staff is exactly what I needed and I bought the alternative parts feeling happy.nNot any fault of any of the staff at the Newburn branch but I did have to wait a while for my online purchase to be refunded back to my card .nThis was certainly not a problem, might have been had I not been able to purchase alternative parts .nnOutstanding customer service from staff that made a difficult purchase really easy.nWill most definitely be using this branch againnAnd would recommend to everyone 100%

Absolutely outstanding service from a very knowledgeable trade Counter guy.nParts I had ordered on line were not in stock until the next day.nI was offered alternative parts that were in stock so this enabled my mechanic to do the work as planned.nExcellent service would definitely use again and 100% recommend to friends and family.nOutstanding.
