Went to buy oil on the Wednesday checked price with the discount was 62  checked day after when the discount went to 50% and euros had put the price up to over £100 with discount still £60 searched around and halfords for the same castrol oil we're £39.99. Don't trust euros prices or discounts a price increase overnight of over £20 to make sure their 50% discount looked like a good deal. Verging on criminal in my mind

Usuall cheap prices and always good levels of stock, HOWEVER! If Victor Meldrew had a daughter the female on the counter is Deffintly his! So here I am thinking was this just a of day for Madam being grumpy and having zero personality? But apparently Not. After speaking to a freind who regularly uses the store, She is always like this! I am fully aware that they don't teach personality at school,  But clearly the lights are on but nobody's in! As a suggestion maybe remove her from being customer facing before people stop coming in!

Really helpful, always have the parts I need! Staff are very knowledgeable.

Rang these for a part i was confused about for my van as there where several options.. No problem to the staff there and guided me to the correct part.. Orderd and colleted the next day.  Excellent

Ordered online, collected following day correct parts thanks to website help. Price was fair. Helpful lady on the counter who you could talk to and made you feel welcome while you waited

Best place for car spares, usually great value too! Shop online and reserve your goods as this is usually cheaper than turning up at the counter

Ordered drive belt SKF said in stock, when picked up i was given a Dayco manufactuer make. seems SKY are not in stock but me reciept says SKF. not happy

Great service, very quick click and collect, and a good amount in stock, not yet had to wait for stock to arrive. A nice amount of car care/Maintenance supplies at store front as well, all at a most reasonable price.

Awful company to deal with if you are a trade customer. Heart breaking and ruins customer relationships. Absolutely dreadful and they have no desire to update you if they cannot keep promises they make, always fun chasing them for updates on mistakes they make by over promising

Busy when I went. Staff good. But need new site as cramped in shop and parking not good.
