Very disappointed from the service. Counter staff not very helpful. I bought Car rear wiper blade and they sold me wrong blade even i given correct car registration number. I came home and fitter the wiper blade and thrown the box. There was no rain so I did not start wiper . But next day when there was rain I stated rear wiper but wiper was wrong size so did not work. Wiper blade was stuck on one position. I removed the wiper blade and took it back to Crawley branch . They refused to replace it even this was there fault who sold me wrong size wiper. They said no box they can not change it. Very disappointed. Ignorant staff. Avoid this branch.
CLICK AND COLLECT IS A JOKE! I drove 10 miles to hear that they got the wrong product sent by the warehouse. I contacted customer chat before going there and they said the order is ready. If the store got the wrong product, they could have informed me in advance. I wasted my time and fuel, no apologies were offered and i straight away asked for a refund. Will give business to another company and don't recommend Euro car parts to anyone.
1 member of staff front of house dealing with customers & warehouse collections. Simple collection of antifreeze took over 20 mins due to other customers waiting, either to be served or waiting for items themselves
The gentleman working the till on Christmas Eve around 11:30 was visibly unhappy and unprofessional. He appeared grumpy, rude, and sarcastic, giving the clear impression he didn’t want to be there. This is the third or fourth time I’ve encountered this behavior from him. Today, I observed him interact with at least five customers, and his conduct was appalling. He avoided eye contact, didn’t use basic courtesies like “please” or “thank you,” and spoke in a patronising tone. For example, during a refund, he told a customer, “Well, you’ve ordered completely the wrong thing!” in a condescending manner. Such behavior is unprofessional and discourages people from returning to car shops.
Useless service. Only one woman on till talking to people like a robot. Wanted a new battery, was asked for battery length so went out to measure, in the mean time few people walked in who she served and just ignored me. Obviously Euro Car Parts doesn't need the business.nHello Motor Parts Direct Crawley.nnUpdate:nI did go to Motor Parts Direct in Crawley and walked out with a new battery. Didn't have to measure it just gave car details over counter.nCustomer Service was second to none. Was explained about warranty too. Highly recommended.
