Visited the new unit in Manor Royal, Crawley to pick up a big order for my first brake job. Malcom saw to my collection and was really helpful, suggesting additional items like brake clean sorry mate, already got that! but was nice that they use their experience to try prevent you from missing out important parts.nnWhen ordering I had considered delivery but collection was better, as it was faster, and the store has parts on display, including cleaning gear which is always tempting.
They have just moved over to Unit 13. Just to the right of the old place. I was served by Malcom today, he was pleasant and made my click & collect experience very easy. I’d highly recommend ordering parts online to save the hassle, money and time! Everything came as described, couldnt be happier with the service!
After looking on the website I couldn’t find the part I needed ! So a quick call to Malcom at the Crawley store not only did he find the part I needed he had it in store within 2 hours !! Saved me waiting to get my car back on the road . Top marks Malcom job well done an thanks for going the extra mile
I needed a new battery for my car. I have very little car knowledge. Malcolm on the front counter was so helpful and advised me which battery to buy and the best value. Great customer service, I will definitely go back.
The first place I try when needing car parts, it can be a bit of a wait as every time I have visited there has been a queue, they do offer a delivery offer if spending over a certain amount, however both times I have used this option there has been a problem with my orders not arriving in the time slot and me having to chase up, a few hours later they arrive.
