Went in earlier today to get some parts for my car and had the pleasure of dealing with Frank. Super helpful, very knowledgable and explained everything in detail even showing me where the parts were on my car. Very rude customer though when leaving who got agitated because Frank had been helping me but it’s nice when people take the time to actually help rather than just throw the parts at you when you don’t have a clue! Left knowing a lot more and will hopefully return when I need more help.

Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, quick and supportive service. Good location, can be busy to park but enough spaces.

Would not recommended. My husband bought rear brake pads. Delivery were said 3-4days. Delivery were attempted 2nd day. My husband requested redeliver. They was lying that tried to rediliver. 2nd time. Went to pick up on Saturday brake pads box were opened and wrong brake pads inside. Now will be taking back for refund. They told me on Saturday that it’s definitely will fit. They opened box and put wrong parts. Will give 0 waisted my time. Bunch of lairs. Do not recommend. As well they have me something to sign on pickup day. Terrible service. Rear brake pads for Saab 9-3. Pagid.

There appears to be quite a few negative reviews, however, I received nothing but great service when I ordered an Air Flow Meter for my BMW.nnDespite a delay from their suppliers, I can only state that both Frank and Jazz dealt with my order with courtesy and professionalism.nnI was kept updated with the delivery time, and true their word, I picked up the part at the time I was told it would be in the next day.nnIts easy to make a complaint, but fail to see the greater good in making a commendation..............because recognition breeds repetition.nnWell done to Frank and Jazz, you're a credit to Euro Car Parts, so please keep up the great service.
