Twice I have been now recently and both times an absolute disgrace..staff in the office see you waiting and ignore you,waited 10 mins for someone to come and left in the end.nSurely someone should be on the desk ridiculous..
Service is poor!! Nobody on the counter. Staff can see you stood there, but nobody comes to serve.nWaited about 10 to be told the parts I wanted can't be picked up from yew street.nThen went to the bredbury branch as advised. Once I got to bredbury I was advised that the parts could have been picked up at yew street, and that their colleagues didn't have a clue. Own staff slating 3ach other. It's a shambles. Will remove our company account from these jokers. Enough is enough.
I have to hand it to them a pleasant reception, I was greeted and had no problems at all, and I swapped my battery for the faulty one perfect as all ways with euro car parts
Service was slow but I did get the part I needed from stock in the end. There was a distinctive smell around the entrance and main desk area.
I had a frustrating experience at the store. The staff were unhelpful. After placing an order online for pickup, one of the staff butnI prefer not to name and shame the specific staff member involved claimed one item was out of stock. When I suggested an alternative and wanted to pay extra he insisted I need to place a new order online Despite being in a rush, I complied, only to find Marcus delaying the process, citing a 30-minute wait for system entry. Frustrated, I requested a refund for both orders, but he claimed it required extensive paperwork and suggested coming back in the morning. Unable to wait, I reported the incident to Europe Car Parts customer service, and they promptly issued a refund. I won't be returning to this branch
