Twice I have been now recently and both times an absolute disgrace..staff in the office see you waiting and ignore you,waited 10 mins for someone to come and left in the end.nSurely someone should be on the desk ridiculous..
Helpful staff parts can be found cheaper but very efficient
Great service, collection in an hour, part was correct and the staff made sure that it was right and helped with instructions so I couldn't go wrong, fast service and parking available, industrial area so many moving parts but the site is gated and only visitors cars and staff are behind the gates.
Bought the incorrect wiper blades however it was impossible to ask for advice due the sales advisors attitude his name was Dane, It was a long wait in store however constantly Dane was huffing and shrugging his shoulders when it came to serving customers he was very guarded and from his attitude he clearly didn’t want to be there, in the end Dane informed me they don’t stock the wiper blades I wanted so I needed to get a refund. I then went to Euro car parts in Bredbury where the service was the complete opposite the sales advisor was so helpful and even tho the wipers were not in stock he ordered them in and ensured they were gong to be the correct fit. Euro car parts do sell my wipers as I could order them at Bredbury, the Bredbury store mentioned that I did get the incorrect wiper blades when showing them the refund receipt even tho Dane at Cheadle informed me they were the correct ones.nnOnly go the Stockport/Cheadle branch if you want poor service with an attitude. Go to Bredbury want friendly service from people who know what they are doing.
