Great place for car parts. I can always get whatever I need, sometimes the same day and sometimes the following day. Either way, service is always good and staff are friendly and helpful. The little tabby who hangs out in the front is quite sweet too.
Used the click and collect feature on their website which gives you the option to pay on collection. Had what I needed in stock and collected the next day. The only gripe is the access road to this business which is 150 yards long is only wide enough for 1 car.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service in trade calls. The guy on the other end had the most bored voice that I ever heard from someone who is dealing with customers, cutting you off when you say something putting you on hold while you talk.nIf you can't handle customers don't do this job, instated go and collect rubbish on the side of the road where you don't get in contact with anyone. Or go home to mommy and hide under her skirt!!!
Needed a new battery, in stock on the day. Transaction smooth and staff knowledgable and polite.
Rapid reliable service everytime. Unfortunately prices have gone up far above the competition almost double in a lot of cases they are more reliable but it’s hard to pay more for the same parts. I recommend shopping round for parts but keep euro car parts in mind.
