Terrible experience went in on a Saturday the guy who works the behind the counter is as unhappy as a baby when they get there candy taking away and the girl chats absolutely rubbish bought something from another store to return and she said we can’t take it you have to go to the original store but I took something back from the Harlow branch to the Cambridge one they done it without a doubt terrible place reslly put me off going here now to be honest the guy looked like Howard jones gone down hill
Team here are a nice bunch, I’d advise calling ahead to confirm they have the parts your looking for. Lots of parking
Poor service . The amount of times I’ve been in there and had to wait as only one person at counter . Today was again pain full. Went to collect 2 parts ordered online , walked in and 2 people in front of me waited 10 minutes before guy in front walked out . Another 10 minutes passed and what really gets me on every occasion it seems all the staff are “out the back “ sounding like they are having a party! Then the guy at the counter who’s always polite goes out the back and asks for someone to come out and serve why he couldn’t do that 10 minutes before I don’t know so out comes a lady with a face like thunder and then she couldn’t log on another faff and another member of staff comes out to log on and he can’t so now another guy comes out and logs her on to the system . Then she goes and gets the parts comes back and then had to go out the back again to get a clipboard with a list of collections that I have to sign !! Overall put me off giving ECP anymore business because it’s so simple to manage but there has never been a swift efficient service .
Refunded my wrongly ordered parts and sorted out what I really wanted. Nice one guys
One of the worst experiences, i found pads and discs on their website, and i was sent a discount code which was not working.nI decided to head to the store to get the parts, the lady on the counter was not friendly at all, and i had a quote for £330 i asked if she can help with the discount code but she didn't bother. you need to check onlinenI found the same product on pay4less website for £160 but i wouldn't mind paying a bit more if she tried to sell.nThat was not the first time but it will be the last
