Euphoria

I have lived in rugeley for 3 years so wanted to try a local place for eyebrows saves me travelling an hour to where I used to go! Worst decision ever! I have thick eyebrows the top of which were perfect the bottom did have gaps on one eyebrow of which hair was growing back so I asked for this to be left. I new my eyebrows were different and I asked why and she said it’s due to parts I wanted to grow! Well I drove home and could see it in the rear view mirror and kept looking to figure out why it looked so bad! She’s made them two completely different shapes! Waxed the top of one eyebrow which shouldn’t have been touched! And to compensate left hair on bottoms yet made it thinner on the bottom to and to top it of plucked or waxed the hair that was growing back where I asked it to be left. Absolutely disgusted and mortified as Iv never used pencil as I have naturally thick eyebrows to have to colour my eyebrows in and them still have one up and one down is an embarrassment. It’s going to take months to fix! U owe me a refund - I have taken a photo and I just cannot believe what’s been done. If 0 stars was an option it would have been selected.
