My tyre was going flat, so I went to get it checked out. As they were inflating it, the tyre burst, it was lucky I wasn’t driving when it happened! The mechanic showed me where the tyre had worn on the inside, where I couldn’t see it, and got it fixed straight away.
Fantastic service offered by ETS. Never used them before, but was in need for a last minute job regarding a slow leak rear wheel. They were happy to help immediately, and the job was done 1 hour later after the initial phone call was made. 10/10 service!
Came here via a recommendation. Booked online for a full set of new tyres and an alignment, staff were friendly and professional, work was quick and top notch. Highly recommend. Will come here again in future
Bought two tyres. Advised me politely that other 2 needed doing and wasn't pushy. Went to get tracking done but advised I don't need it so it's a waste of money. Good honest garage, will use regularly
ETS came in as one of the best price tyres for my vehicle in my area. Nice waiting area and nice staff. Tyres fitted and free tracking check. From the tracking check it was identified that all wheels were out, probably due to local potholes. I asked the engineer to correct the wheels as the offside rear tyre was wearing on the inner side wall, he told me he could adjust the front ones but probably not the rear as the adjustment was rusty, but they managed to rectify the problem and all tyres running smoothly! Thanks ETS for a great job done with good customer service!
ETS were great! I noticed a nail in my tyre, gave them a call and they got me booked in within a couple of hours. They sorted the problem very quickly and repaired the puncture at a great price. Thank you!
Although stained in black oil, grease, carbon and tyre dust as you would expect in this trade, these guys were our knights in shining armour. We are not from the area and had the misfortune of a puncture on our way to an appointment and restaurant dinner. We put on our spare but found it wasn't quite compatible but we managed to limp into the garage we found by Google search which was only 5 minutes away. The team were really friendly, and although busy found time to help sort our problem. They had a large stock, and I was offered a good selection of budget and quality priced replacements. It was replaced quickly by another friendly crew member and we were back on the road within half an hour, we were so grateful. You hear stories of people being taken advantage of in these situations for breaking up their busy routine but not here. Thank you Eden Tyres. Ps. They seemed to have a very reasonably priced range of other services too which we noticed on their video advertising screen. If we ever moved back to the area I would definitely make this my go to garage. Thanks again.
Absolutely brilliant as usually at Somercotes. Break check the evening before, works done the following day, even sorted another problem they found. Great communication and excellent work as always.
