I recently bought a dress shirt from The Eton shop on South Molton street, to wear at a wedding that I was attending on Saturday. When I put the shirt on initially in the morning it felt quite snug, however, as the day wore on, the shirt became increasingly uncomfortable. After the ceremony, the reception was being held close to South Molton Street, I decided that I would quickly go into the shop and a buy a regular shirt that I know would fit me better and then take it to my office to iron, which is also in Mayfair. Upon visiting the shop I explained the situation to Morris, who was working there at the time and he had an idea - to remove the darts in the shirt so that it would fit better and then steam it for me so that any creases would be removed, following the process. I was then on my way to the reception in no more than 5 minutes and did not have to buy an alternative shirt. Morris could not have been more helpful - superb customer service from someone who is sensible and pragmatic. In addition, the product is fantastic, I have been purchasing Eton shirts for 10 years, I have yet to find a shirt maker of better quality.
Mauricio surpassed expectations in every sense - I have never met anyone who knows more about shirt sizing than him ! I have been an Eton customer for many many years and Mauricio epitomises all that the Eton brand stands for Thank you

Eton shirts are excellent quality, especially if you don't want to get in to MTM. They are priced accordingly - £120-150. Fit is excellent, fabric feels amazing and I've had no problems with wear and tear. The store sadly doesn't stock as many ranges/options as you can get online, and I've found the range in the slim shirts a bit lacking sometimes especially as sales are only in-store! The customer service has been OK, generally a good mix of knowledge without any pushy salesmanship.
These remain my favourite work shirts in London. It's quite a lot more expensive than Lewin etc £140 ish but they are excellently made and a great fit. They have a low iron finish which i find works ok but wears off over time especially if you forget and tumble dry them or otherwise damage the low iron coating. Obviously it's cheaper if you go at the start of their sale, which typically saves 30%. Its a luxury but if you have to wear a dress shirt all day every day it feels worth it. I find the range is typically a bit better at the Kingsway branch for work clothes - this outlet is a bit more colourful.

Good shirts but rude staff and limited selection at this outlet. Shop assistant lacked professionalism, couldn't answer basic questions. Made the whole experience unpleasant. Ended up buying the same brand of shirts at Selfridges.
