Mix of good and bad. The price of the car hire and the availability as well as customer service experience at pickup was exceptional thanks to Jordan who helped us. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the experience when we dropped the car off. No one had told us beforehand that we were expected to hoover the car. If we had known that, we would have hoovered it. But no one had mentioned that on pickup, and the information was probably in the terms and conditions. However, when I later reviewed the paperwork, I found no mention of a cleaning fee. The cleaning fee was £20.00 If there had been no issue with the surprise about the cleaning fee, the review would have been five stars out of five. The car wasn't that dirty. It would have taken at most five minutes to hoover the front and back.
Me and my friends,hired the transit right seater mini bus, for our holiday over the Easter bank holidays, vehicle reasonably priced,clean and ready. We would definitely use Ethel's again. Thankyou.
Excellent business for van hire. All day hire gives you the option to return the vehicle by 16:30, or by 8am on the following day.

An excellent place to hire a van! Whole experience very straightforward and explained well ahead when I phoned too. Easy to judge costs from a day rate. Van in very good condition - impressed and will be back when need to hire again. Have also hired a car for the weekend from here in the past too and equally good service
Friendly helpful staff and excellent prices for hiring vehicles would highly recommend them it's the only place I use to hire they are that good . They also have good offers on certain vehicles which are well worth the money
I required a car for work the next day and all the national chains could not help. This local business was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. It was easy to book and they were flexible to my needs. I can not rate them high enough.
Fantastic friendly service. Very reasonable prices. I hired a Luton van which was in fantastic condition and a joy to use. I got my car valleted while I was hiring the van and they did a superb job, haven't seen my car that clean in a long time. I will definitely use this business again.
Excellent people to deal with. I rented a Luton Box van at the Oswestry branch. It was in great condition, and it came at a fair price. The staff were very accommodating, indeed Susan went above and beyond in ensuring that the rental went ahead without any hitches. They even open for a short period on Sunday mornings, to ensure clients are not having to pay an extra days rental, something the bigger companies don't do! Will definitely use them again. Thank you.
