I cannot emphasis enough, how excellent this company is! When you are buying online products, it is very difficult to know what the quality of goods are like, if they are giving you value for money, will the goods look like advertised on the website and if you have any issues, how responsive will the company be. I can highly recommend this company on all counts! I wanted a beautiful gift for a wedding and their customer services guided me into want would look best and most appropriate. They were a hundred percent right and when I receive the goods they were even better than I had expected and good value for money as I had checked similar goods on other sites. In addition, to this I had problems with the post in my area and the company went all out to ensure I receive the goods in time ... and I did. Not just that, the bride to be, absolutely adored them. I received my first ever box of Eternal Blossom roses 5yrs ago and haven’t stopped purchasing/gifting them since!! I’ve a selection dotted around the house which include; a 19 round black box of red roses, a makeup perspex drawer box with 9 bright pink roses and a square box of 4 white roses. I’ve also gifted a handful of singular roses to friends and family for special occasions.  I absolutely love roses but really dislike buying supermarket bouquets, for them to die after a week in a vase, therefore I cannot recommend these more due to their year long lifespan however some of mine are still going strong +3yrs later - make sure they are not in direct sunlight! and their value for money.  If you are after that extra touch for your house/workplace/salon or looking to truly wow someone with a beautiful gift, Eternal Blossom will do just that!!

Bought a rose for my girlfriend and it arrived on time and undamaged. Looked exactly as it did in the photos which pleased me as it was quite colourful rainbow rose. And when I accidentally payed double for the rose issue with PayPal Eternal Blossom's customer service sorted it pretty much immediately for me and I got the money back. All in all great customer service and and amazing gift!
