Great service from these guys. Phoned up at 3pm with a puncture had a new tyre fitted by 5pm. Very happy and will definitely use again.

Halfway through our hols, late on a Friday night, the campervan develops a very loud & disconcerting squeek in the steering or suspension. With a week of hard driving ahead we needed an expert view. Whilst calls to national autocentres were promptly met with a 'no way on a Saturday morning matey', Mike at ETB didn't hesitate to help, even though he was extremely busy. With a cheery, polite & helpful attitude he soon made way in his workstack for the camper to be up on the ramp and busied himself with checking every component until he was satisfied that we'd be safe. To top it off he flatly refused to charge us! Customer Service as it used to be? Wish we had a Mike and ETB where we live, thanks Mike!

Very helpful staff and fabulous service. I have used ETB in evesham many times and I've always been very impressed. They have always given me the best quotes and recently I had an MOT done which was the easiest and most smooth running MOT I've ever experienced. They make the most effort to fit you in at short notice and they provide quick and a fantastic service. I strongly recommend ETB.

Iv always had good service at ETB, iv dealt with ETB for the past 20 yrs, the staff give good advice and the work they do is first class..I would recommend ETB to anybody.
