Had my hair coloured by Steph yesterday and I love it. I have mixed race hair with extensions sewn in so it couldn't of been easy!! But she took her time and made sure it was perfect. Id recommended Steph to anyone!! All the staff are so lovely and friendly so you feel comfortable from start to end! I'd say this is Definitely down to the owner Jackie, who is wonderful and has set a lovely atmosphere for everyone. Lovely salon, Thankyou xxxx

please, for your good, avoid this salon. After a experience in tjis salon I am realy scare to go cut my hair. The lady killed my hair.

NO STARS FROM ME but sadly it won't post unless you give at least one star. I went here, unfortunately, for the third time having phoned and booked within 2 hrs and left work early, only to be told they didn't have the product I'd called and booked in for. The owner Jackie, who is the person another reviewer has mentioned, is the most rude and arrogant person you'd ever want to meet. I will never go there again and would advise others to be wary. On my second trip there, the stylist doing my hair (who is really nice) was talking about the treatment I was booked in for when the owner bellowed across to me that the price I'd been quoted was wrong and it was going to cost me an extra £25. At this point, my hair was already partly wet so I had no choice but to continue but I refused to pay the extra stating that it wasn't my fault that I'd been given that price and had to have a simple wash and blow dry which I could have done myself. She was not at all interested and I felt quite sorry for the stylist.  How they stay in business with such an awful ignorant owner as her is beyond me. Avoid like the plague!!!

I have been coming to Jackie and her team for over a year after spending thousands of £ with another well know hair loss specialist.  All I can say is I can highly recommend .  It’s hard enough suffering from hair loss as a woman but it even harder finding a saloon that is affordable for normal people.

Bad management and found Jackie very rude to staff and customers! Products that I wanted to purchase when I checked we’re out of date! Selection of hair colours are limited and after one wash the colour has faded! Charged way too much for very poor quality! Would not recommend to anyone!
