Wow, just check the negative feedback for this company here. I thought I will be the first. They really are awful. The customer service is far from a decent understanding customer service. They seem to have attitude problem when you call them and catch them out on their mistake. Their quotes on online comparison sites always about 10% lower than what they quote you when your renewal is due! When you call them they often tell you there is a problem here or there which doesn't really have any logic at all except they think we are stupid! It takes days/weeks for any replies. I long for a company that hasn't got nay attitude problem. Long gone when you could talk to your broker or pop in and see them! Logic out the window, morality and ethics don't exist and conscious was never there at least with esure!

Told them to cancel. They didn't. Then they charged me for failing to pay them. Total morons. Won't be using esure again. Ever

Tried to change my policy and ask for more money so I cancel 6 months down the line I get a debt collector letter asking for money rang up and they argue with me saying I was told several times about it and I was contact. All lies! Stay well away from this money grabbing scamers

DO believe the negative reviews here for esure (also known as Sheilas' Wheels Car Insurance and First Alternative). Having used insurance services for almost 30 years from various companies without a problem, i can categorically say that this lot are the most appalling i've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Pay a bit more and avoid this shower like the plague!

Asked about price of changing to a new car, got a rip off price. I cant and wont stand being ripped off. If you want to lose custom then please continue but most of us are savvy enough now to just shop around
