Went here today for a kebab and an extra portion of large chips i ended up with a few strands of stale kebab meat over stale chips no salad no pita bread just few bits of meat on few chips for nearly £8 and chilli sauce was just cheap tomato ketchup with chilli powder in it don’t waste your money in this shop food is disgusting I’d give zero if i could

Before I go into this review, just note I choose to come here because my normal order from here is actually cooked quite well. However, if that was my only thought of this place, the rating would be higher.  My main issue with this place is the customer service. Upon walking in, I’m usually greeted by a disgruntled look that is effectively saying I’m not welcome. Then not to mention, no smiles or any enthusiasm in the voice at all. And for the most annoy one, the arguing. If I say the order is wrong, I’m not saying it to offend or annoy you. I’m saying it because I know what I ordered.  You can do better, guys. If you don’t enjoy your business, why work in it?

If I could put zero I would Fish was cold on arrival The order was incorrect and when calling to explain it was wrong was argued against that it was the correct order when I know it wasn't as I ordered Curry sauce not garlic. Will not order again and advise staff get some Training in customer service skills

Ordered via Just Eat.Was not delivered.When queried they insisted it was delivered to a gentleman who answered the door. There are no makes currently resident here so obviously they have delivered to the incorrect address or not at all. Didn’t even try to apologise. Will not be using them again.

Just ordered something from this fish bar and got the order and it was wrong but I ate it, then the delivery man came back and said I should not have eaten the order because it was not mine and asked me to pay for it. I said ok but they have not given me the right order, so I have paid twice for the wrong order. Will not be going there again

Arrived quick and was hot on arrival and tasted lovely however couldnt finish it as found a dark hair in my fish  ....and with me having bright red hair i no it wasnt mine all ended up in bin

I'll give this a 3 rating as they dont do card in here. Their fish batter isn't traditional and the bottom of the batter in the fish is a bit soggy and stodgy. Chips with scraps are brilliant.

Would not go here again, the fish was so over cooked none of us could eat it, thick hard batter, The chips were ok

worst fish shop ever since it was taken over.. charge £1 for cans what say 79p on.. never get crispy batter.. fish is totally tasteless and sloppy on the bottom every time ..AVOID.. if i could give 0 stars i would

First time ordered from eston fish bar recommended it was on time and nice and hot will be ordering again
