Every time I go to use the jet washers, they’re always broke. Sometimes they’ll accept money and don’t work, other times they wont accept money. Staff aren’t interested, they just say they don’t own the washers! Maybe not but they are on Esso’s forecourt, so report it to the regional manager and get them replaced.
It was good experience visiting that place, specially due to efficient customer service, young asda staff on till was very helpful when I visited with my young boy in Saturday afternoon.
Absolute disaster not even a customer toilet. Half of the fuel pumps dpn't even work.
Convenient little shop , i stopped for petrol, which was easy enough.nThe main road was busy to get back out onto though..
Went in for camping gas and the man behind counter was very reluctant to make the effort to sell us some. He just couldnt be bothered. Eventually he got the manager and we were able to purchase some even though he told us it was unavailable. There seemed to be a language barrier but that doesn't excuse poor customer services.
