Generally has low fuel prices. Diesel is good, one of the only places I will fill my van up
Just a moment ago i entered the shop to use the toilets and eventually buy a snack, i was "greeted" by a very unpolite lady that forbid us to use the public toilets trying to tell us they were for "staff only" but it is obvious, they aren't. I am going to report this to the chain's head office. As i was told to go to Starbucks. So maybe they'd rather not have any customers than looking after toilets?
All the staff have always been so friendly over the past year I've been using them. It's by far my preferred garage. They also keep their prices low considering on the last stretch of the M4 which is more than can be said for the garage just one roundabout closer to Swansea that's always 20p higher. Great work guys.
Just called in for fuel after working a twelve hour shift, waited 10 minutes for the sales assistant to authorize the pump,he was out on the forecourt and told me I had to wait until he'd finished emptying the bins, which would take him at least 10 minutes.I think he needs to have lessons from the morning staff who go above and beyond to help you
Great garage and very helpful friendly staff
Bloke who works the late shifts is fantastic, really funny and helpful! Loves a chat! Women who works in the days is one of the rudest garage attendants I have ever dealt with. She will give you stinking looks any time you ask for something. Constantly acts like she doesn't want to be there, not great!
Great, generally quick and easy
I fuel up alot in my line of work, this has consistently been a garage on the lower end of the scale
Yeah what can I say petrol station with usual snack and a hot food section, not the cheapest
Wouldn't let me use the toilet even though the shop was open, obviously doesn't want to do any extra cleaning. Decided not to buy any drinks or fuels.. Pretty rude
