Lovely shop attached to forecourt I pass there often and they have been best priced fuel in area so been busy and got super unleaded not that rubbish that is meant to be good for environment that's just a com use super unleaded more miles to gallon no loss of power car runs better slightly more expensive but worth it all day long government is coning the motorist with that E10 watered down stuff low mpg more fill ups more tax from us
Stopped to use the air pump for tyres. The contactless card pad wasn't working so I went inside to get change to put old fashioned money into the machine. Asked if the contactless was broken on the machine and was advised it was. Maybe put a sign up advising people? Stuck my £1 in and went to fill the tyres only to find that the pump was broken and it wasn't actually pumping out any air. That's another £1 donation to the billions of profit ESSO make.
Dreadful garage and poor service. The Attendant was too busy chatting and forgot to activate the pump. So I paid for fuel I didn't get. Manager is unhelpful and should be sacked. I have referred the matter to Trading Standards and a newspaper. Avoid this corrupt garage. Dishonest staff that rob from customers. I won't be back near them ever again.
The best Lady that served me canmot remember her name, always smiling and having the time to talk to you. Not like the other Lady who is rude, no please or Thankyou and looks at you as if your disturbing her. Maybe she needs to no shhe really needs to go on a customer relasonship or learn from the other one.
