You cant self service pay you have to go to the counter in the shop
Just wanted to respond to a post from Jules... I have experienced similar, but I find that if I'm low on fuel, it takes 20-30 litres to get my guage moving... Never been shorted at this garage... And the price is usually competitive.
Called in for fuel put in £10 and paid pulled out of service station to find that I still had the same amount of fueljust in the red as when I pulled in, wondered if it was wrong so thought I'd better put another £5 in, again fueled up and paid pulled of and again still not registering any fuel had been put in, so rang the station and woman answered to be told well we have fuel, and nobody else has complained and was I sure it just wasn't registering car is a 22 reg 18 months old and to ring the boss on Monday evening but she did say that he wasn't likely to be any more help..... Crap service
Won't give you nectar points if you try to pay with a fuel card. Instead, you get some unasked for sob story about their costs and overheads and how you should be grateful that you're getting it at a discount anyway. Service with a scowl.
Depends who is at the checkout. A friendly smile and manners would be much appreciated. Hopefully the person that served me is due for retirement. I scored 3 due to once being served by a dark hair polite professional young woman that obviously knows something about customer service.
