Situated on a fairly large and spacious plot as far as British filling stations go. There are 3 jet wash bays £2 a go, a car wash, air compressor for tyre inflation, petrol and diesel pumps obviously, EV charging points, an ATM, some parking spaces and a convenience shop. There are some parcel lockers just outside of the shop too. Not necessarily the cheapest place in Norwich to fill up with petrol but very user friendly.
I'm using their ev charger regularly, love it. It's fast and cheap compared to some other places. Also, if I park my car at the far end, I can use their hoover and give my car a mini valet while it on charge.
Staff were very rude. I always find they are very rude towards members of the public, in all honesty. Always doing something else, other than the actual job they are supposed to do. No hello, not a single thankyou. Usually lock and close the doors too early in the evenings too. You’d think it was a bank vault after 9.30PM. Manners cost nothing, I just paid £3 for a bag of haribo. Won’t ever use this Amenity for as long as I shall live. Ham sandwich £4.50 hahaha.
Friendly and fast service. Good selection of snacks and drinks as well as magazines and food items. Has hot coffee and a free cash machine.
Good fuel and wash for the car too all good
