I have had a few parcels delivered to this place and my experience hasn't always been good. However, today was the worst. Three of us stood there today to either pick up a parcel or post one and the petite Lady serving was awful; she was serving people who were buying items or paying for petrol before us, I counted at least ten people and we were stood there waiting, when she finally got to me and took my bar code she said I would have to wait and I said no I am a customer the same as everyone else and she had served loads of people before me, she said it was company policy to serve those people first, I told her she needs to speak to her Manager and get that policy changed, she was then so rude asking me for my ID. I suggest maybe more training needs to be given on how to treat customers.
No one serving so went toward the store room to politely alert we needed to pay, rude man ordered to ‘wait a minute!’ as he was busy. No pleasantries, made us feel like an inconvenience and not paying customers. Will not return
Absolutely disgusting customer service, if you cannot provide a service, do not advertise it. Waiting to be served only to be ignored for other customers. Then despite telling and spelling my name the cashier went to give me someone else's parcel!nWhen pointed out it was wrong he then went onto serve other customers. I gave up in the end and walked out.....this isn't the 1st time this has happened
Came here as I thought fuel costs tend to be low here. They were higher than local stations. I went to multiple garages for the car wash, Gloucester, Cam, and they were all broken.
Nightmare getting served if your collecting a package... an ignorant woman made me wait for several customers to be served before I stood back in line and demanded she fetched my parcel.. the woman was rude, abrupt and telling me its not fair I make her go get my package!! Esso! This woman is not fit for purpose and can not handle her load during shift, your customers do not come to put up with hormonal undertrained woman..
