Always try and use the petrol station if I can as the staff are friendly, it is clean and the price is competitive against others of the same type.
Will not use this service anymore many times I encounter unpleasant service from an elderly man, I send parcels to a yodel there, the elderly man told me that I had to come back in 10 hours because the scanner was charging, when I sent the parcels on Sunday they were lying there until Thursday where the staff informed me that the parcels are collected every day Yesterday I was there after 9 p.m. and an older gentleman informed me that the station will be closed for 10 minutes and after that time my shipments would not be accepted.
Awful place! Was told yesterday that the system was broke so couldn't collect my parcel. The cashier had seen me stood waiting for some time ignored me and failed to tell me anything. It was another member of staff who came out to let me knownI went to collect today to be greeted by another very rude man at the till, who pointed to a pile of parcels and told me to look for it myself.nCustomer service is horrendous, they speak to you like garbage. Please do not use this place for parcel drop off or collection. Or for anything else for that matter! They need a lesson or two on how to be polite!!
Great selection of groceries in the shop. Subway take away too.
Not a lot I can say about petrol station other than it is clean and the store has a subway and also sells lots of American candy , price of the petrol, it’s a joke isn’t it everywhere not just esso hence, not five stars
