I used the self service jetwash which was a frustrating experience. There was no foam so my car ended up being as dirty as when I started. The people I'm the service station don't believe in customer service as the response my complaint was 'what do you want me to do?'.nCan't expect much more these days, sadly.nThe equipment has not been maintained or cleaned to the extent that the lance was bent and the all of it was so dirty, you could barely read the instructions.
Don't bother to use the jet wash, is useless. The staff doesn't have a clue, i put money in two times, for two programs no foam, no prewash liquid, no water pressure, nobody can give refund because the petrol station staff is not around, or busy. Average UK customer service lately, no care about customers anymore, and nobody to talk with.
Great Service Station has a Karcher Car Washing facility a few parking places if a welcoming break is good as they have Petrol as you would expect and an Asda store for shopping and plenty of fridges with drinks , especially good in the heat we have been experiencing. Then you have a Subway , Gregg's and. Cinnabon which I tried on this visit . Had their cinnamon swirls and a cold coffee with a touch of Carmel, recommended . I forgot to mention there is a cash machine and toilets here too.
Their PayPoint doesn't have a cash deposit service
Sandwiches left out a few weeks ago on trolleys from delivery on scorching hot day sea food sandwiches and chicken and meat aswell spoke to staff member and didn’t care also very little staff around not happy
