Went there at 9pm last night with a electric key as only place in Cobham that does it after 6pm and the man wouldn’t do it. Said we can’t do it at night time which is a lie so I had to drive around to a different town in the middle of the night with my baby. They need to teach all day/night staff how to work everything. Was terrible
The wonderful lad who was closing let us get a milkshake even though it was closed. Great experience all around, give him a raise xx
Been there 3 times recently at around 4am only to drive away very annoyed because no attendant has appeared so I couldn't fill up. Pathetic.
Good garage but the staff seem to have no awareness of the car wash club loyalty programme despite there being advertising for it plastered all over the forecourt. Every visit they act like they have never heard of it and they don’t accept the app. Really frustrating especially when it comes to getting the 4th free wash.
Shortchanged twice by Ganesh. Called him out both times. Thought it may have been mistake first time so came back a few weeks later. 100% not a mistake. Expensive fuel. Avoid. I shan’t be back
