What a shame !!!!!! If I could give this place 0 star I would!!!! .The worker at the petrol station OLD LADYsaid that the driver has to come out from the car and fill up the petrol and she didn’t give fuel when there is no rule like that plus ENGINE WAS OFF I was sitting on the driver seat and the van next to us the driver was not the one filling up the petrol it was the person in the passenger seat but “she didn’t see them”. She threatened to call the police when she was the one being racist and she pretended that she was on call for 10 mins but did not talk with anyone. She wasted my 10min!!! .I don’t advise this petrol station to anyone.They are racist OLD LADY. I will never ever go there again. I recommend the one down the road texaco.
This place employs the rudest members of staff. They don’t even acknowledge you, one doesn’t even look up from his phone and 4 times I’ve been in now where the whole transaction has been in silence as I now refuse to talk to them! I now use the Texaco down the road, the man in there is an absolute delight! Friendly and helpful.
Confused how the old woman behind the counter still has a job. Rude straight the way. I’m hoping doing her job wasn't as extremely painful as she made it seem. Manager please put your staff on a customer service course, they don’t know what it is. TIA
You do have to prepay here which not all will enjoy but thankfully some common sense prevailed when I presented my work credit card and I was allowed to pay after. Really helpful staff here. Great service
Staff ramped up price at the counter. Price at the pump is not what you pay. Was supposed to pay £25.59 got charged £37.80 Will not use again

Helpful lady drew out directions for me to get home and went through step by step even though it was very busy directions were excellent, great customer service. Good range of snacks and soft drinks too
Just off the M1. Lovely staff.
Cheapest priced fuel we have found for 20 miles, even super unleaded is about same oruve as everywhere else's normal petrol. Wide variety in stock too. Worth the drive to save the money.
