This Friday evening I visited the esso and I must say the experience was exceptional. The staff exhibited a high level of professionalism and provided an active, friendly and warm welcome as soon as I entered the shop. Their customer service was outstanding, marked by a genuine willingness to assist and a positive attitude that made the interaction pleasant.Their knowledge about the products and services was commendable, and they took the time to address my queries with clarity and patience.highly satisfied.... I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your petrol station. I believe it is important to provide feedback so that improvements can be made, as my experience was far from satisfactory. The attitude of the staff at petrol station was incredibly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of customer service. The employee at the cash register seemed more interested in chatting with their colleague than assisting me with my transaction. It felt as if I was interrupting their personal conversation rather than being a valued customer and the pump area was littered with discarded wrappers and empty drink containers.
Good price petrol. Excellent car jet wash when it is working. Always lovely staff in shop very polite and friendly.
Never use this place as it's always more expensive than anywhere else. I don't support rip off places.
First class meal and service would recommend
Arrived at 5.30 to get a package and even though lights are on with a person that we saw walk in, but doors are locked, they’re ignoring the bell and when we called, they answered the first call but hung up practically immediately and after when we called again we received no answer and went to answer phone. You aren’t supposed to shut till 10 and even if you have had to shut early at least leave a sign.
I pulled off the M5 to stop here to fill up with fuel because it is cheaper than paying M5 or A38 main road prices. There is also a shop to buy snacks or a drink.
Fuel prices are alway acceptable although not the lowest you can find. The shop is well stocked with essentials. My highest recommendation would be the staff. Alway pleasant and helpful
I use this place purely to drop off Hermes Parcels of an evening. When i do turn up the place is in darkness and this is 8.45pm and they don't close until 10pm but yet I can't get in as doors are locked. I refuse to get petrol here as they are way over priced. As for customer service, the staff could do with attending charm school. Some manners wouldn't go amiss.
Very bad customer service. Went to collect a parcel that had been delivered there and a member of staff that initially served me was rude and unhelpful. Asked to speak to the manager who eventually appeared, was slightly more helpful but was still rude. Both need to work on their customer service skills! Did use this service station a lot but will not return here from now on and will also advise friends and family not to go there either. If I could give no stars as a rating I would but unfortunately it will only allow me to post by rating 1 star!
