Esso app never works - HQ issue not the garage itself. Fuel prices quite a bit more than other local places but sometimes driving so far to make a saving equates to what you'd spend here. Overall its an okay place, convenient too.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received today at the Esso Petrol station in Faringdon. Upon dropping off a Yodel package, I proceeded to purchase two Elfbars. Given the numerous options available and the difficulty in discerning their flavors, I leaned over the counter to inspect them, a method I've employed previously without issue. However, Claire, the attendant, immediately reprimanded me, asserting that such behavior was unacceptable.nnInitially taken aback by Claire's abruptness, I attempted to engage in a constructive dialogue by requesting assistance in identifying the flavors among the 10-12 options. However, my request was met with refusal, as Claire insisted it was beyond her responsibility to assist me in this matter.nnUpon discussing this incident with my spouse, I learned that she had encountered a similar situation a week or two prior, wherein an Asian employee willingly provided assistance in reading the options. This inconsistency in service is quite concerning.nnWhile I understand that employees may have bad days, the lack of willingness to assist customers reflects poorly on the establishment. If alternative petrol stations were available in the vicinity, I would be inclined to patronize them in light of this disappointing experience.nnI believe that addressing these issues and fostering a culture of attentive customer service would benefit both the station and its patrons. Thank you for considering my feedback.
Just got a car wash Awsome very kind people.but today their was a flood in the car wash area.
Most of the staff there are friendly, welcoming and kind! The woman which the other staff say is the ‘manager’ is very rude and unprofessional! She had a go at my girlfriend for an unnecessary reason! And when I asked her ‘excuse me could I get through please’ I got a huff and a death stare! If I see her again I will have a chat and want to understand why she is so rude and acts like she doesn’t care
Staff have an absolutely disgusting attitude every time I go there. Miserable, never ever smile or say please or thankyou. Worst one is the woman with short, shoulder length dark hair in her 40's? Worst attitude ever. Smile love
