Paid for the jet wash but no power so went in and wasn't offered my money back just asked if I wanted to go through the actual car wash. I paid another £6 for that then the car wash jammed with my vehicle in it so went in and again no refund just I'll be out to help in a minute but nobody came. Can't be bothered to keep going back and forth as I had a pricing quote to attend but will not be going there again !. Awful service today

I wanted to wash my car, Using the Washer to wash my car was not working. There was no foam from the machine and the brush was bad. Gave the attendant some feedback she said there’s nothing she could do. If the machine is out of service there should be a disclaimer that it’s currently under maintenance.
Rubbish vacuum put a £1 in for 3 minutes but no suction at all !!
Always waiting at least 10 15 minutes to put fuel in. Then once you have done that its another 10 15 minutes to come from the back room to serve. Probably the only good thing is the car wash.
Really convenient location being so close to my house. Prices of diesel are higher than other petrol stations in the area but this is expected as this one is open 24/7. Food and drinks here are massively overpriced so I would never buy snacks here. Staff are always courteous and helpful and serve quickly when I'm in a rush.
Understaffed awaiting fuel to be allowed, guy always busy in the back .. expensive fuel . Staff our always polite tho

Good car washing facilities but expensive fuel
Friendly service and staff reasonable prices milk cheaper than top shop and you don't have to spend a fiver to use your card well worth a visit
