Filling fuel on 02/03/25 @ the time 00.13when tanker was therenPrepaid £29. Start filling it was flame & smoke coming to the pipe already £6 shone on meter then i called assistance he tried still instead diasel it’s coming flames & smoke meter goes £12.15 i tell him to stop and refund the money .because my fuel meter shone no added dieselnHe replied I will only refund the balance £16.85nRemaining £12.15 you fill the complain paper management will refund this and he said he is witness. I left my contact details but no response. I did call several times and left my contact details 07710647453.now if have no response i got the proof and I will contact the trading standard agency
This has to be consistently the cheapest petrol station in 30 miles. I won’t buy petrol anywhere else if I can help in.nIn this time where budgets are stretched they are doing a great job at ensuring petrol prices stay as low as possible. Generally 5p cheaper that the BP further along at Effingham and 10p cheaper than the Esso further along on the A25.nThankyou for keeping your prices low, I will keep buying from you and not the others who are ripping everyone off.
Do not go here to post Yodel parcels!!nThe garage itself is fine for petrol and food etc, although it does produce a large queue and isn’t in the most convenient place for traffic. Coming here to post yodel parcels is a big no. The older man in the shop refuses to work the yodel machine and nobody else there knows how to do this, so makes you do it yourself the customer isn’t supposed to know or do this when yodel is a service they offer. He then gets very angry at you for even bringing in the parcel and taking up his time. I’ve noticed this happen to various other people in the shop as well who are trying to post their parcels. I don’t think a garage should offer the service if they are going to keep getting annoyed at customers for simply using something that they claim they offer!
Fuel normally well priced and staff friendly. What could make it even better would be to stock some local produce in the shop.
Unexpectedly impressed with this petrol station. Bathroom was clean, there is a great variety of food and drinks. They even have a zero waste section where you can refill your shampoo, conditioner, wash detergent. There are also dispensers for oats, nuts, etc. Great to see this being offered at a petrol station in the fight to reduce single use plastic waste.
