Esso - Kinmel Park West - now has a new manager, his name is Dan and he will go out of his way to accommodate all customers.nStaff members are Kirsty, Marie, Liam, Connor and myself Tricia.nWe are now EG/Asda.nWe have, as a 'team', tried our best to to rectify any miss demeanors.nWe will continue our up hill, of making 'West is Best' and will welcome all customers with open arms to enjoy our Starbucks coffee, meal deal @ £3.75 and any other needs you may require toilets.nThank you to all

Excellent night staff management very polite and friendly Excellent service

Filthy, inside the toilets and outside strewn with litter. Pretty disgusting really

Convenient, but expensive, friendly staff.

The rubbish litter is awful on boundary, waggon drivers unirating on the verges, place was stinking.
