Used the vets for the very first time for a c section and every person in there was lovely looked after me because I was stressing and even more importantly took great care of ada and her puppies...Maria the receptionist was very reassuring that every thing was going to be fine...And also the nurse/vet Jordan was absolutely brilliant with my girl aswell...brilliant experience all around and definitely will be back...nThank you all so much....
We have tried few other vet clinics before some friends suggested us this one. Very pleased to find vets which we could trust with our three yorkies. We have used clinic in various occasions, some planed visits, some emergencies, came with puppies for their first vaccination. Dry professional, experienced and passionate doctors and nurses. Thank you!
Brilliant !! I shouldn't really say too much because everyone will use it, but it is Brilliant, such nice people, great care taken with my dog, have recommended this vets to everyone I know, very impressed by how professional and kind they are, explaining what's what, very thorough, I've used other vets and been a cash cow, i'm so glad I was told of this place.
Avoid this clinic; they are not serious. The staff is disinterested, and there is no support.nThe first thing I noticed was that I made two appointments for my dog's vaccination, and twice I went there, only to be told both times that they didn't have the vaccine in stock. I don't understand why they didn't at least call me to inform me not to come to the appointment.nnThe second issue was that when I finally managed to get my dog's rabies vaccine on the third attempt, they couldn't stamp the vaccination booklet because, according to them, the stamp wasn't available at the clinic.nnThe third problem was that I needed to travel abroad with my dog, and to get the health certificate required for travel, I needed the vaccination certificate. When I went to the clinic, I was told that the doctor who vaccinated my dog no longer worked there, and they couldn't provide me with the certificate. So, avoid this clinic; I ended up there and deeply regret it.
Staff there outstanding! Emily on reception was lovely. Sadly had to take my ageing 20yr old cat Doyle there for check over and vets opinion on his health/quality of life and if it was his time.. Sadly it was! Broke my heart. But Vet there was very supportive and professional which made it as best as possible. Hopefully you won't have to take your pet there for the same situation I did! But i highly recommend them and can't them enough. Thankyou x Steve.
