Avoid!!! No one talks to no body in there. Talks to you like you are lower class. Only takes cash but still have to wait 10/14 days for deposit back. If you’re looking to rent good luck waited 3 weeks before they even contacted me about a viewing. Managers don’t care or even bother. £100 pound credit checks plus £50 holding fees for deposit but will let others still take the flat and view the flat meaning you won’t get £100 pound back from credit check. Got recordings of them talking to me bad and talking down at me... If there’s any other option take it wouldn’t waste time or money into a company that only want your money. Avoid dealing with sam! She has no idea how to talk to people...
