I went on my residential trip here and it was very nice. The staff were all lovely expect 1 guy who didn't really want to help me really with my harness and said I wasn't paying enough when really I didn't get it. I went on my trip yesterday, and it was very engaging and fun. All the staff cared about safety with harness helmets etc. One of my favourite activities has to be the Ariel tracking and the vertical challenge as they were very fun as I enjoyed them the most. The cabins were very nice and had heaters and all the facilities were good for 2 nights staynThe showers were nice as well as nice and clean. I think I'd improve the food though as I didn't really like it and neither did my year group.
This is wicked fun for the kids. Lovely staff and it's drop and go so in the school holidays you can escape home for cheese by your fire and a newspaper whilst your children are safe playing in the dirt.
Today was my 5th visit here. Absolutely love it!! Plenty of activities for all. Helpful and friendly staff who support and encourage everyone to get involved, but without being pushy. Already looking forward to my next visit. Well done guys
I attended for training but I had been here before for an adoption event and the place is just wonderful! It's open and inviting. If you don't drive its awkward to get to but there are buses outside, it's just a multiple bus trip depending on where your coming from. Staff are friendly, and helpful. The facilities are clean and easy to find, with water available in their coolers throughout. The activities I haven't taken part in, but everyone looks happy, with camping in tents and cabins, outdoor tree top activities. One of the mums I was on training with said her son had come back after spending 5 days there and he loved it!
My son attended a party here today and we were really impressed with the high ropes / climbing walls. Staff seems friendly, kids all had a great time
