I was only in the UK for a short time and wanted to keep training, so I took a monthly membership at the gym. I loved the energy and vibe, everyone was welcoming and friendly.nBrad, Frank, all the coaches and staff were awesome. I learnt a lot from the training and classes and made new friends as well. I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone who wants to get into Muay Thai.
One of the best places to learn Thai boxing in the county I’d say.nSuper friendly, passionate coaches. Great guys. No egos.nAll abilities and ages welcome and catered for.

Amazing place. Great training for all levels and all ages. Whether you are 5 or 50, just want to get fit, meet new people or fight professionally this place caters for all.
I go here with a boxing coach and the place and staff are amazing and extremely welcoming. I have only just started but all ranges of experience work out here and everyone just gets on. It's not posy or comparative. Would highly recommend!
