Sales people only interested in selling at all cost no regard for customer care. Refused to allow a test drive of a car unless we said we will buy... Erm that defeats the purpose! Won't be going to then ever.

Nice as they do two makes of motor . Sales  person friendly and helpful . good that you can compare modles from the 2 makes

Excellent dealership for Kia and Ford. Spotless showroom, nice waiting area, super mechanics, and all next to Lakeside! Go shopping, have dinner, or watch a film whilst your car is serviced.

I would to say a big thank you to the staff at Lakeside for waiting for us to collect our car yesterday. Traffic from the Grays A13 turnoff to Lakeside was in chaos due to an accident (so we were told) on the Dartford crossing. That two or three mile stretch took us abut 2 hours. Closing time was 17:45 and we arrived at 18:45.  Excellent service - thanks.

rubbish staff .not willing to budge on price ...if your looking for a new or used car from a dealer please check out Brayley kia Enfield....save yourself a grand or 2....and be warned people the kia warranty ain't worth the paper it's written on ....check out the fuel filter problems on the sportage ...ask what the service schedule is like ...how often ..and what is replaced ...i was not amused to say the least ....and this warranty is supposed to be free pahahahaha it's paid for through the silly servicing.....
