My friend recommended this beauty salon and honestly I'm definitely going to go back again. I had a pedicure, hot stone massage and facial done today and i feel great. Normally, I go out to London to get my beauty treatments done but now I can just come here because the experience is exactly the same! thank you so much.

I still remember the state of my face with acne and pigmentation when I walked in essential beauty desperate for help . The two lovely ladies was so kind and then they took time to explain the treatments and their hard work did work ..to be perfectly honest i am much happy with the condition of my skin and package deal for my facials was reasonable. I recommend this place who wants genuine and natural products ..

I have been coming here for a few months for my Hollywood waxes and have seen such amazing improvements and it’s virtually painless now. Also I’ve recently started getting facials such as the diamond peel and lime facial and can honestly say my skin texture has improved so much. The owner and cherise always make my visits so enjoyable and are such nice and knowledgable people. I can’t imagine anyone having any thing negative to say as the services and treatments and staff are the best I have come across and I’ve never heard anyone one say anything bad about them. I’ll keep coming back, and I highly recommend them to everyone!

I have been coming here for 10 years and would not go anywhere else. Zahira is wonderful with her hands but also insists in using the best products, and is always sourcing the newest facials and trends. The quality of her treatments is very high, I also buy my face products from her salon. I have been to more expensive spa treatments, but were not a biy better.

I've been there previously and had the best pedicure from one of the beauticians. Now i realised why i will never go again. Firstly the person doing the pedicure was most probably an apprentice since there was a clear sign outside saying apprentices needed. Second I could've done the pedi myself. They looked terrible, nails weren't filed and i had to tell her to do them. The nail varnish had around 4 to 5 coats which took almost 45 minutes to dry which i then had to wear disposable slippers to be able to leave and walk in the rain and even then it wasn't dry. Had to dry with a blow dryer at home. Went out 3 hours later when i got home it was smudged since the layers clearly hadn't dried. This was meant to be a spa pedicure but was worse than a normal pedi. When i mentioned my concerns, owner mentioned i wasn't t given the spa pedi and that they over charged me £7 and for me to come and get the money back. Sorry but this place is nothing like it used to be. Just seems dated and needs a proper refurb and the owner is amazing at giving fake compliments. Never go there again. Hated the whole vibe. What a waste of money and feel so cheated. Its a waste to even mention this to the owner as she seems to have an answer for everything and i just wanted to leave since i had been there for almost 2 hours.
