Ordered for the first time and it was absolutely delicious like home cooking. It was also a very generous portion. Will definitely order again
Ordered first time for mother's day. Great experience. The curry goat was delicious, the jellof rice and rice and peas was very hot, steaming when delivered. The fish was well seasoned with spicy vegetables . Highly recommended. Will order again.
Used to be great, like home cooked food and we've ordered quite a few times in the past, and enjoyed it. Today though, it was inedible and definitely reheated from frozen old food. You can tell from middle of the jollof rice and the mashed state of it, and how little flavour and meat the curry goat had plus what was there was chewy. My wife's rice and peas had a burnt taste to it too. The festival was also doughy, when it used to be hard and crisp. It's all ended up in the bin. Whoever is managing and cooking now is ruining their business, and it's such a shame because it used to be good. Now we need to find somewhere else to get Carribbean food.
Without a doubt - the BEST Caribbean restaurant to order from. They make it taste like home cooking. The food has flavour & texture and is hot on arrival. Well packaged - no leakage. A very good idea is to use their restaurant services to add to your meal ... Come on - sometimes you need a little help, Reggae Reggae Pot is perfect for this as well as ordering a full meal. Well done Reggae Reggae Pot! However they make me lazy!
I would like to know what nationality the chefs are? I know Caribbean food and I had the oxtail with rice and it wasn't Caribbean flavours at all - definitely more of an Indian curry with the flavours and Madras powder, no where near oxtail. What island are you basing your food off of? Definitely going to be visiting the store to see who is in the kitchen Very unprofessional on your part for not replying and claiming other culture's cuisine
Very good food! Ordered from Just-Eat website, delivered very quickly in 20-25 mins I live in Iford. The food arrived hot, the rice was still steamy Super soft dumplings very good, good portion size. Lovely food, tasted great. Will definitely be ordering again
Ordered tonight from Diliveroo. Everything was delicious. Loved the curry goat and dumpling especially. Will definitely order again. Fantastic experience.
Great food, big portions, dumplings on point. Both veggie and goat curries tasted delicious.
I have never eaten from there until last night but will be eaten from there again, the food was amazing the goat just fell of the bone so soft with rice and peas, the ackee saltfish fried dumplings and the fried fish all was lovely and the amount you get for the price you pay worth every penny and turned up on time will be ordering from them again.
The best 5 stars!! I would recommend it to all the flavours are absolutely outstanding.
