Just visited this coffee shop for the 1st time and would never go in again. I asked for a pot of tea but with a tea bag and not leaves as my hubby doesn't care for leaves. Wouldn't do!!!. Can you believe that. I would have paid the £3 the same but no- the guy wouldn't do me a teapot but I could have a mug. Nice to see such obliging service. It must have been the extra hot water that cost a fortune eh??. Really not good service offering to suit a customer requirement.

Coffee came and was cold would not replace got a extra star as the counter assistant was rather polite and well manored

I'm a regular at this coffee shop and the staff have always been absolutely lovely, the service very fast and the drinks delicious.There's so many options it's a great place to go if you fancy trying something new. Also, they do loyalty cards!! I'd make it a star higher if their milkshakes were cheaper - £3.85 for an Oreo milkshake is a bit steep in my opinion, though I'm aware this isn't something specific to this branch, and obviously not the employees here's choice.

Staff are always pleasant with a smile on their faces even in the busiest of seasons including Christmas. I visit this establishment frequently and cannot complain at all. The menu is excellent and has a wide selection for you to choose from. 5 Stars and Well Done staff

Visited on Sunday coffee was to strong for a latte so asked if we could have more milk there attitude was terrible but she made us two more which where just like hot milk I asked for my money back which she give us again with attitude I'll stick to Costa on future
