In the airport lounge for 3 hours today and it was very good. I was there from 6am-9am. I didn't book in advance but there was plenty of room for walk ins. The seating was comfortable and there were options of couches, armchairs, tables and high stools. I took an armchair with a Power point close by to charge my laptop. There was a choice of hot and cold food and beverage options all for free. Hot options was bacon, sausage, hash browns, eggs and beans. Other options included cereal, pastries, fruit and porridge. A great touch was the flavoured syrups available for your coffee. The staff were absolutely amazing, very friendly and always happy to help even at busy periods. They all seem really happy at work and to give great customer service. I would 100% come back and recommend to others. If I had one negative or thing that I hope could be improved it would be that the WiFi is quite slow best I got was 4.6mb/ps and that was when there were little to no passengers in the lounge. If this is improved easily 5 stars!
Pleasant and calm atmosphere with helpful staff and a good range of drinks and snacks. The hot soup was tasty, along with the chickpea curry and Bombay potatoes. A very nice first try of an airport lounge.
First time ever upgrading to an airport lounge and it was great, well worth the price! Staff are helpful and friendly, food was great and there was a good variety. Nice and quiet with comfy seating, great way to relax before a flight. I will definitely be returning in the future!
This place is a real game changer family of four and booked it for 3 hours around £100 for all of us we ate and drank what we want. Greeted by very pleasant staff who couldn’t do enough for us nice chilled table. Kids filled their boots loved it! Seriously don’t hesitate it’s a lovely place and worth the money !
Lovely informative welcoming staff. Nice areas to sit in peace and quiet before flying. A special treat for my daughter. Would highly recommend for a great start to your flight away.
Beaut experience only disappointment is no usb phone charger please upgrade sockets.. I understand all COVID rules but everything is digital so please can we have charging points.. Staff were/are friendly, professional , and positive. Will definitely do it again
Nice lounge with hot & cold self service food. I came during breakfast & they had a good selection of items for a full English breakfast. You’ll also find a good range of alcoholic drinks available from beer to prosecco. The lounge has comfortable seating areas, they are available to be reserved. If you are using a priority pass you may find it difficult to enter during busy times.
So for myself and the two kids, it’s cost me £84 to have 3 hours in a really pleasant quiet comfortable environment. When you consider we have each had a minimum of 4 drinks, a full English breakfast, plus muffins etc, I think we’ve actually saved money coming in here. The staff are friendly and helpful, facilities are really clean. Food was fresh, drinks chilled, what’s not to like. Strongly recommend using this facility.
Awful experience, greeted hmm wrong word by the rudest women on reception, asked if we could check into the lounge early and she said no, despite the women next to her saying our table was ready she still refused. No apology.. just come back in 20 minutes with a specific time we had to come back. We where then seated in a corner.. dirty seats marked, marked walls.. just an utter joke for the price, im also clearly next the wall that joins the service lift.. thudding on the all next to me every 20 minutes or more. We had a kid handling the food with his hands. Sure probably thr parents fault.. but not manned or replaced, just shocked at how run down this is.. wouldn't waste your money.. the aspire lounge is much nicer and cheaper. Staff are also far better not too happy at all with this experience. *update,reply, my issue wasn't not being able to gain access early , we asked on a whim and wasn't expecting much, it was how abruptly we was told no, how one said our table was ready and one said no and was rude* if you know it needs improvement why not update your images online to reflect what customers are actually going to get?*
The staff on the reception desk allowed me to enter thirty minutes early. It was relatively quiet when I arrived. The food and drink was basic but satisfying. The staff, attentive, polite and friendly. The place is filling up now but I am fed and watered so more than happy to sit off and read my book. As I look around, all the tables are clean and everybody appears relaxed and content.
